The researchers concluded that "these results suggest that CoQ10
improves swimming endurance and has an antifatigue effect."
This is the second study done in human volunteers.

This second
clinical study provides some insight as to whether
CoQ10 supplements really boost energy and performance in real humans
(and not just mice!)
This
randomized and double-blinded study involving 15 volunteers lasted 16
weeks. The dose used was 100 mg daily. The volunteers were asked to
lift weights at 2 minutes intervals.
The results? The peak lifting power did not increase and
fatigue was not reduced. However the average power did increase.
The bottom line?
The
researchers concluded that "CoQ10 may show performance-enhancing
effects during the repeated bouts" of exercises.
CoQ10 supplements can be helpful in some people to help boost
