CoQ10 Side Effects
by Rudy
What CoQ10 side effects can I expect if I take it for my heart health. I have suffered a heart attack a year ago and my doctor said that my heart is operating at 75%.
Can you address this question?
Here's the good news. There are very few side effects reported from using coenzyme Q10. If there are any, they are very mild and should not last more than several days.
Documented side effects from clinical studies include nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, insomnia, headache, fatigue, flu-like symptoms and dizziness.
Don't let this list concern you. These were not all reported by one person! It is a summary list from thousands of people using CoQ10 in research studies. Keep in mind that even those people taking a placebo (sugar pill) reported side effects as well! Imagine the power of psychology.
We have created a FULL review on Coenzyme Q10 that covers all the health benefits of using this vitamin-like substance, side effects, recommended dosage to use and what to watch out for.
