There are many serious negative health effects of insomnia that comes from not getting enough sleep. The obvious ones are:

  • Reduced ability to learn new tasks quickly

  • Poor memory or forgetfulness

  • Inability to concentrate at work or at home

  • Lowered productivity at relatively easy tasks at work or at home

  • Poorer performance at work

  • Poorer verbal interactions with co-workers




Chronically lacking in proper sleep has far reaching health implications and needs to be addressed.
