Dose to Use

Chronic Fatigue

To treat long-term fatigue, take 200 mg twice daily. 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) of the liquid extract may be used or 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of the tincture.

Experts suggest going one week without ginseng for every five weeks that you are taking it. This "break" from ginseng helps to prevent some of the reported side effects (such as insomnia, low blood pressure and restlessness) from long-term use of ginseng.
