Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 2 teaspoon of water and form a
paste. Massage the paste in circular motion on the face and 1 minute.
Rinse off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily before going to bed.
Tomato Juice
and Cucumber
Cucumber
applied to the face can help to improve your complexion and prevent
acne from developing. Thinly sliced cucumber can be applied to the face
for twenty minutes once daily.
As well, you can mix tomato juice
with sliced cucumber and apply as a mask to your entire face. Leave on
for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.
Garlic
Garlic
is an effective antiseptic and can be effective in curing acne. Rub the
acne with crushed raw garlic two or three times daily. Instead, you can also
apply the juice from the crushed garlic.
Orange Peel
Pound the
orange peels mixed with some water in a mortar. Apply the orange peel
to the acne on the skin and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off
the face with lukewarm water.
Lemon
Apply lemon
juice on the pimples and acne once or twice daily. It is also used to
reduce the appearance of acne scars as well.
Olive Oil
Olive oil can
be effective
in reducing acne scar marks. Apply a thin layer of olive oil up to four
times a day to help soften the skin.
Fenugeek
Fenugeek
is another home remedy used to treat acne conditions. Make a thick
paste by crushing fenugeek leaves and mixing with your favorite moisturizing
cream.
Apply over the entire face before going to bed and wash off in
the morning. This treatment is used to help you get rid of blackhead
and pimples.
