Horse Chestnut
What
is horse chestnut used for?
Horse chestnut has been suggested for treating asthma,
sport injuries, varicose veins, pain in the legs, swelling in the legs,
tiredness, poor circulation,
hemorrhoids,
bronchitis and as an expectorant. It is used widely in
Europe.
This supplement has been shown to be effective for treating circulation
difficulties such as chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) and will reduce
swelling in the legs and helps with pain and varicose veins.
What
are
the side effects from using horse chestnut?
This supplement is safe to use with only some minor side effects
such
as headache, nausea, dizziness and skin itch.
