done if you work at a desk. In a flight, try to get a seat closest to the
isle. This way, you can get up and walk around frequently without
having to disturb the other passengers. On a car ride, if possible,
make several short stops along the trip so that you can get out and
stretch.

If you carry
excessive weight, it may make RLS symptoms worse.
Avoid Caffeine, Sugar and Alcohol
Poor diet can
contribute to poor health. Caffeine and alcohol worsen RLS symptoms.
Excessive sugar can cause high and low blood sugar level swings. Low blood
sugar levels can trigger RLS.
